Holyland Rark Building Complex
Holyland Towers is a complex of luxury apartment buildings in Jerusalem, built on the mountainside at the top of a tall ridge in south Jerusalem. The complex kept the name of the old hotel that was placed there.
The initial plan was to replace the existing hotel with a larger one. This plan was later abandoned in favor of constructing residential housing. The 60 dunam plan includes a total of 1,200 apartments and is conveniently located above one of the main crossroads in Jerusalem between Begin road and Golomb Street. The complex borders with Bait Vagan from the north, Ramat Sharet from the west, Begin road and the Gazelle Valley from the east.
The tall row of buildings reaches the city skyline and enables the residents to look at a magnificent view of the entire city. The population is varied, lawyers, doctors, businessmen and foreign residents.
The neighborhood is pleasant and well kept. Paths paved with the Jerusalem stone, seating area under pine trees, rich vegetation and stone statues.
